Dixon's Campground Rates 2025 Season

Deposits for holidays and reservations of less than four days require full payment. Stays of four days or more require half the full amount due

Three-day minimum required for all holiday weekends

Ten-day cancellation notice required. No refund if cancelled within ten days of reservation. If cancelled prior to ten days, a full refund will be given less a $35 service charge

No refunds given for holiday reservations, early departure or poor weather

Site fee is based on two persons, one camping unit and one vehicle. Two parties sharing the same site must pay separate site fees.

Policies
PROPERTY: Please help us keep the campground in its natural condition by not damaging any trees, shrubbery or wildflowers. Peeling bark or driving nails is not allowed due to the damage it causes. Holes or ditches should not be dug around campsites.

LIQUID WASTES: State law prohibits gray water / liquid waste / sink water on the ground; use a container and dispose of it properly.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please keep your campsite clean. Dumpsters are located throughout the park. (Indicated on site map). To avoid skunks and raccoons getting into trash, deposit trash in dumpster before dark.

FIRES: Each site is equipped with a fire ring. Firewood may be purchased at the camp store. Cutting or damaging trees or shrubbery is strictly prohibited. Foraging for wood is not allowed. Fires are permitted in fireplaces only and must be completely contained within the fire ring. Fires are to be kept low (under 2 feet). Fires must be attended at all times and completely extinguished upon retiring. Management has the right to extinguish any fire at any time.

PETS: Pets are to be on a short leash (no longer than 5 feet) at all times. They are to remain tied on a durable chain or rope that will not allow the pet to extend off the site in any one direction. Pets should never be left unattended. The owner must clean up after his/her own pet. If the animal becomes a nuisance (barking, aggressive, owner not cleaning up after, etc.) you will be asked to remove it from the park.

POOL: There is no lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk. Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Children under 14 years must be supervised by an adult at all times. No glass containers, bottles, or pets allowed in the pool area. Rules and regulations are posted at the pool and should be followed at all times.

TRAFFIC: The speed limit is 5 miles per hour throughout the park (strictly enforced). Allvehicles must have a car pass displayed on the windshield or hanging in the rear view mirror.

GUESTS/VISITORS: Visiting hours are 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for daily visitors. All guests must register in the office and pay a visitors fee. Guests are required to sign out at the office and return car pass when leaving. Guests/Visitors are not allowed to bring pets into the campground.

PONDS: There are two small ponds located in the campground. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Children are not allowed near the ponds unless accompanied by an adult. Keep in mind that the ponds are home to many living things, they contribute to the natural ecology of the park and we share the responsibility for protecting them.

QUIET TIME: Quiet Time is 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced. Please respect the rights of other campers and maintain silence after 10:00 p.m.

VEHICLES: All vehicles, including camper/trailers, must be registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles. You are allowed to park one vehicle on your site. All drivers must have current drivers license.

CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. / Check-out is 12:00 noon
